There's an old phrase: “Where ever you go, there you are.” Another form of that phrase is “No matter where you go, you take You with you.” Can't seem to shake your You from you, try as you might ! However, I have found, for myself, that I can change my Me (just as you can change your You) so that the 'Me' I am journeying with Now is different ~ healthier, happier, more self confident, self assured, and more in tune with the song that sings inside.
